I Love You – I Grant You Grace

What if you were to learn that I love you in a way unimaginable to you until this moment, in a way that goes far beyond ordinary worldly understanding, in a way that you too will sooner or later love all other beings Without Distinction? What if you learnt that even your parents do not possess such LOVE... that they themselves do not have that LOVE for themselves... that they themselves need that LOVE? What if you learnt that I didn’t have to be born at all... that I was asked, and invited, by your guardian beings who care about you in the absolute sense of the word... asked, and invited, only to co-experience your pain with YOU? What if you knew that I had made such an absolutely Spontaneous and Free Choice for YOUR BENEFIT, so that I could co-experience your pain precisely so that I could give you a SPECIFIC ANSWER on how to end it?

Looking into your eyes, I see that you still do not regard your pain as pain because you still consider it a natural part of your life... yes, you are thus INCONSIDERATE to yourself, for the time being...

Looking into your eyes, I see that you have not yet met someone like this who speaks to you FOR YOUR SAKE, and since you yourself are not like this yet, you think that what I am saying to you is simply impossible based on your previous experiences, so it is quite naturally obvious to you that I must be insincere based on everything you have experienced so far. That will change.

Looking into your eyes, I see how small, insignificant, and powerless you really feel... this is because you have been greatly wronged in your previous experiences; you could not defend yourself against that injustice, and that is why you are so hard on yourself now, that is why you despise yourself, that is why you hate yourself, and that is why you accuse yourself of being incapable, stupid, unworthy of your LOVE for yourself, and therefore ugly... In this way you have cultivated a tendency to dominate yourself, and thus as you treat yourself, so you naturally treat all who are in your karmic context...

Looking into your eyes, I see that you are quite naturally afraid that the pain you have experienced might happen again, so you have quite naturally decided, in line with your past experience, to protect yourself so that they cannot hurt you again...

Looking into your eyes, I see that you consider the best protection against your fear to be your constant huge efforts to secure your dominance and influence, and once your distressful striving and effort has secured it, you are even more afraid than before of losing it again...

Looking into your eyes, I see that you see attack as the best form of defence... that you’d rather harming others before they can harm you... that is so that they’ll be wary of you, so that you won’t have to be afraid of them... that is so that they’ll be more afraid of you than you are of them, that they’ll be sufficiently afraid of you to think twice about harming you again...

Looking into your eyes, I see that you have already decided, out of fear and the desire to be safe rather than sorry, that anyone who is not doing what you wish is harming you; and based on what you have convinced yourself of, you justify your actions as protecting yourself (which you also talk about as protecting others), regardless of whether that person actually hates you or loves you...

Looking into your eyes, I see how COWARDLY you are, how you look down on an ORDINARY PERSON (who you think is too limited to be as afraid as you are, to deal with his fear as you deal with it and to occupy himself with his fear), but in fact you know in your core that you look up to him because you admire his ORDINARY COURAGE, which you yourself do not have... You fear his SHEER and ORDINARY SELFLESS PURITY because you are not like that yourself; that is why you are afraid to look into his eyes, you are afraid of meeting his gaze, of seeing in his eyes the TRUTH, FAIRNESS, HONESTY, SINCERITY, JUSTICE and, last but not least, UNDERSTANDING of the pain of all beings who mock the qualities of TRUTH, KINDNESS, HONESTY, JUSTICE and SINCERITY, and who despise them only because they are TOO WEAK to recognise them in their own lives as the FOUNDATION OF THE UNIVERSE, while at the same time, deep down inside, they long so much for the world to be true, kind, honest, just and sincere...

Looking into your eyes, I see that you are terrified that others will find out and see that you are INCONSIDERATE to yourself in this fearful shell of yours, and that you are actually protecting yourself from how dishonest you are to yourself, and so naturally to everyone else... You are terrified of this TRUTH about you, and of the fact that the ORDINARY PERSON simply LOVES you no matter what you are like, and with all your anguish... You are terrified that the moment you see the ORDINARY PERSON’S UNCONDITIONAL LOVE for you, you will be EXPOSED to a CONFRONTATION that will make it clear that your whole life so far is one big lie, in which you lie to yourself in your pain... You are afraid that everything you have been meaninglessly devoting yourself to up to this day will lose its meaning, and that under the BURDEN OF TRUTH, whether you like it or not, you will come face-to-face with Yourself and your own deception, by which you deceive only yourself in the sense that what you want SO MUCH and demand from the world, you yourself do not actually provide to that same world...

Looking into your eyes, I see that in this pain of yours you wish to destroy everyone you consider an obstacle and a rival in order that you yourself may temporarily excel at the expense of others... and I also see that you sell this aggressiveness outwardly as your image of philanthropic virtue, through which you “protect” others who are less afraid than you are, because they are too busy with their own fear and therefore have no time to sympathise with you, to understand your pain, to see how you really are, they simply don’t register your profound pain, they simply ignore your profound trauma, and in their preoccupation with what they want for themselves they think that you aren’t afraid of anything...

Looking into your eyes, I see that you are disconnected from the SOURCE and that you experience neither HAPPINESS nor LOVE, and that is only because you have essentially subjected everyone else to your blackmail of “either you will be with me against everyone else, or it may happen to you in the future that you yourself will fall victim to me”... It is quite natural that those who are afraid of such blackmail would rather join you out of fear... It is quite natural that those who are subjected to such blackmail cannot, quite naturally, in their mindset of fear of you and your blackmail, return REAL LOVE, and you therefore quite naturally cannot experience REAL and ORDINARY HAPPINESS... which is in fact, as you now see, Unordinary, because it is not accessible to everyone... Yes, that is how you have DECEIVED yourself...

Looking into your eyes, I see not only that you know full well that others fear you, you also know that because others fear you, they naturally cling to you only because they fear you, not because of who you really are as a person, not because they respect you as a person, not because they Selflessly Love you as a NATURAL AUTHORITY... No, you’re not stupid, because looking into your eyes I can see that you know full well that anyone who fears you quite naturally cannot return TRUE and UNCONDITIONAL LOVE... you know full well that they quite naturally return you a mere pretence... and you know full well that you yourself hate the pretence that quite naturally prevents you from experiencing TRUE and ORDINARY HAPPINESS... In other words, you know full well that by being what you are you hate yourself... This is very frustrating... It is quite natural that you envy other ORDINARY PEOPLE their ORDINARY and LOVING LIFE in MUTUAL RESPECT, the life which you pretend in front of others to despise so that you don’t have to admit to yourself and to them that you lack the COURAGE for that ORDINARY LIFE...

Looking into your eyes, I see that your temporary karmic idea of influence over others is the only one that gives you the opportunity to forget how much all the devastating misery that you, in your fear for yourself, have subjected yourself to actually hurts... The situation is like this: you would like most of all to embrace all the people of the world and apologise to them for everything, but you’re afraid that they will never forgive you because you yourself never give anything to anyone... In other words, you again expect to find yourself in others...

Yes, looking into your eyes I see that you are afraid of TRUE HAPPINESS and UNCONDITIONAL LOVE only because those to whom you OPEN YOUR HEART might hurt you again, as they always have in the past... and because you REFUSE TO RISK being hurt, you choose to be superficial and cowardly instead of OPENING YOUR HEART... and because you choose to be like this, your fear is greater than you... and because your fear is greater than you, you are a slave to your fear... and because you are a slave to this fear of yours, you accept in your enslavement that you will be small, that others will be afraid of you, and so you will have them trapped by their own fears, rather than RISKING that they won’t like you... and maybe even facing the fact that they won’t... You are in fact DEPENDENT on them, but you have created a convincing advertising campaign claiming that they need you... So what you are securing in this way, in your fear of being Alone, is conditional “love” which in fact, because it is based on your fear and the suffering of one who is afraid to face the World and the Universe Alone, is the suffering of one who is in fact afraid to become Alone... You are in fact afraid of being abandoned... and because you are so afraid of being abandoned, you are a slave to your efforts to secure the conditional favour of others in the ways you have done so to date, and in this distressful state of mind you go through life as the most unhappy person in the world, deluding yourself into thinking that this is LIFE... and all because you refuse to face your fear...

Looking into your eyes, I see that you are only concerned with yourself, that you don’t in fact see anyone else in your current situation... I see that you are in fact projecting onto others the pain you have experienced in the past, the pain that your mum or dad inflicted on you by not loving you (according to you) more than you, in your own tendency to dominate them, would like… and you struggle with this image of yourself that you have projected onto others, regardless of the fact that this is no longer about your parents, regardless of who they truly are or are not, whether they love you or hate you… Every hateful action you do is actually a declaration that you hate your mum and your dad because they were not how you would have liked them to be... and now you just wish that those whom you project your mum and dad onto will fulfil for you what your mum and dad couldn’t... What if you just let go of your parents, started TRULY LOVING them, and let them be?

Looking into your eyes, I see that because you yourself don’t actually offer TRUE FRIENDSHIP to anyone, you’ve never known what a TRUE FRIEND is... It’s quite natural to be afraid that you can’t rely on anyone... and because you’re afraid, it’s quite natural that you can’t experience TRUE and ORDINARY HAPPINESS... it is in fact quite natural that you are the most abandoned person in the world...

Looking into your eyes, I see that in this subjective karmic burden of yours... out of fear of being alone, yet constantly running away from yourself, and persecuting yourself... YOU ARE DREAMING your own subjective DREAM of being at war, and of losing your own battle with yourself, merely because you have not yet understood that anyone who LOVES ALL BEINGS WITHOUT DISTINCTION simply cannot lose...

Looking into your eyes, I see that you recognise in others your own tendencies which you think you must beware of... that is why you are always, even though VERY TIRED... on guard... ready for battle, and from all this state of being on alert too weak to put down your weapon... In your conflicted state you thus inflict insane torment and suffering on yourself…

Looking into your eyes, I see that you call all that you devote yourself to “free will“, but deep down inside you know full well that you are lying to yourself, that you certainly aren’t free, because under the influence of your karmic burden you cannot do anything else… other than serve your fear, and under its influence remain unfree... and this is naturally connected with everything you devote yourself to...

Looking into your eyes, I also see that in order not to have to think about your deep pain, you often even pretend to be proud of your suffering; and there are even those sufferers who kowtow to you and envy your suffering as your triumph… You find a false peace in this... false because you know better than anyone that it does not really comfort you at all because... because you know full well that time is your enemy, that your temporary and involuntary shelter from your fear, a shelter you taken pains to build, is vanity upon vanity, because you are only too aware that the moment is approaching when your memory will begin to fail, and you will begin to forget... You are downright terrified of that moment... because you know that your “nearest and dearest” who notice this will be the first to start thinking of you ruthlessly and mechanically as someone who is now WEAK and therefore SUPERFLUOUS, someone who needs to be replaced, who needs to be substituted... You yourself will observe the precision with which this happens, and it will be exactly as you yourself have taught them... And since your “love” for them was conditional, it is quite natural that they will immediately turn away from you at the first sign of your weakness, fragility and vulnerability, and go to someone who will take up the sceptre, someone you are already “secretly” afraid of... So you will be replaced by another being who has not yet known what TRUE and ORDINARY HAPPINESS is and what TRUE UNCONDITIONAL LOVE is. And at that very moment, in that very second, you will need a TRUE FRIEND... which you have never been to yourself, nor therefore to anyone else... But that doesn’t matter at all, because just as you preferred to harm others in advance so that they would fear you, so that they could not harm you out of fear, I now, as a counterweight to this state of yours, LOVE you in advance, even with all the suffering you are subject to... and, as you see now, I am here as no one has been before, selflessly FOR YOU, so that you might understand yourself and the situation you find yourself in...

In order to get the opportunity, and to TRULY UNDERSTAND, it is necessary that you now TRULY CALM yourself, that you are not distracted, so that you are DETERMINED to TRULY CARE about yourself as never before, so that you are not indifferent to yourself as you have been to date, so that you now TRULY LOVE yourself SO MUCH that my words will PENETRATE to the CORE of your HEART, so that you TRULY UNDERSTAND this message of mine, and through this UNDERSTANDING, for your own sake, and for the sake of ALL OTHER FEELING BEINGS, you DISCOVER THE TRUTH…

The core of your pain lies at its root. This root is called Ignorance. This root needs to be cut through KNOWING, i.e. the KNOWLEDGE of ALL THE BUDDHAS. Because you, burdened down with your own Ignorance, have had no other option up to now, you have always insisted on the repeated renewal of your previous temporary physical form at the moment of its loss. You considered this temporary physical form to be your “me”. At that moment you repeatedly made a karmic agreement with the beings you now call “my parents” and thus created your temporary physical form manifested in this temporary and therefore impermanent reality. If you were born a “man”, you have a tendency in your conflicted state to hate your father and love your mother, and vice versa. You didn’t know “who you are”, you didn't know “what you are doing here” or even what the point of it all was. And in fact, even today, you don’t know “who you are”, or “what you are doing here”, or what the meaning of everything you are engaged in here is, and even if you think that you are engaged in something that makes sense to you, deep down inside you know full well that it makes no sense to you, and therefore, depending on the surrounding conditions, you do only what these surrounding conditions allow you to do, so it is not possible to speak of your Free Will. You also know that you “like” one thing and “dislike” another. You also know that sometimes you “dislike” again what you “liked” a moment ago, and vice versa, according to your current mood, which is based on how you feel subjectively in your temporary body at this moment. Depending on these subjective feelings, you mainly aggressively prefer them over mum or dad, i.e. over others onto whom you project mum and dad. Based on this, you naturally also “loved” the beings you call “parents” for what you “liked” in them in the sense of what they fulfilled for you, or you were “angry” with them for what you “disliked” in the sense of what they didn’t fulfil for you; and the beings you refer to as “parents” naturally treated you in the same way, based on their own Ignorance, and naturally the world treats you and you treat the world in the same way. In all of this confusion, there have also been and continue to be frequent misunderstandings, where you longed for a hug from mum or dad, for example, but they were tired or resentful from their own current private sense of “I don’t like it”, which may not have been directly related to you, but because you were currently burdened by your own Ignorance and you longed for their embrace, which they were not offering you, you could interpret it in your misunderstanding to mean that they “don’t like you”. And it was this GREAT MISUNDERSTANDING that gave rise to all your other ideas that “you aren’t good”, that “you are bad”, that you are “unworthy of love”. To make it possible for you to overcome such frustration, those who were subject to Ignorance as you were began to convince you of the opposite extreme, i.e., that you were particularly “special”, more special than other people, thus giving rise to a manifestation of superiority that is in fact a “concealed” manifestation of inferiority. Naturally, these ideas making EQUILIBRIUM impossible gave rise to this whole current conflicted and temporary subjective state of yours, which you call “consciousness” but which is in fact not directly related to your Buddha Essence.

For you to WAKE UP, what is essential is that you understand that the moment you give rise to the cause of “me” in the sense of concluding a karmic agreement to be reborn again, you also automatically give rise to all other causes and their resultant effects in the sense that any re-birth QUITE NATURALLY involves re-illness, re-ageing, re-death, re-connection with what you find nice (“like”) and parting from it, re-connection with what you find nasty (“dislike") and parting from it – note what an insane reality this is, because these preferences are dependent only on one’s mood, which in turn is dependent on how one is currently feeling in one’s temporary body, i.e. literally on nature and on the weather. Such is the degree of Ignorance (i.e., misunderstanding of the KNOWLEDGE I am now sharing with you), such is the degree of the tendency to Blindness, such is the degree of the tendency to Greed, i.e. the desire for that which a being is unable to hold permanently and therefore cannot give lasting satisfaction. As is the degree of the tendency to Greed, so is the degree of the tendency to Envy and Jealousy. As is the degree of the tendency to Envy and Jealousy, so is the degree of the tendency to Hatred. Here you see that ONLY LOVE OF KNOWING is the true Willingness to Self-Love, which is Liberating... On this you see that all else is misguided misery... Here you see that the only option for ALL FEELING BEINGS WITHOUT DISTINCTION is to AGREE on this KNOWLEDGE as undeniable fact, to embrace each other in their situation, and to support each other...

For you to WAKE UP, what is essential is to understand that each individual re-birth of each individual “me” QUITE NATURALLY comprises the duality of “good” and “evil” according to what any given being “likes” or “dislikes” at any given moment, with it being the case that the being ALWAYS changes his view in DEPENDENCE on his or her current subjective state of mind – here you see that each being is in fact ALWAYS alone... here you see that if an external subjectivity is currently communicating to you that it “loves” you, it is not really love: in fact, for that subjectivity you are currently fulfilling the idea of “liking”, because of which it is conditionally “loving” you precisely because of its own current “liking” which is not directly related to you in any way, because if you were not available, someone else would be. And likewise, and conversely, if a subjectivity currently “hates” you, it is not really hate: you are in fact currently fulfilling for that subjectivity the idea of “disliking” because of which that being in its Ignorance believes it “hates” you, an idea that is otherwise not directly related to you (unless you are intentionally harming such a being, that is).

For you to WAKE UP, it is essential is to understand that ALL the inner discontent and suffering of beings has its basis in the above mentioned Ignorance in the sense that beings do not acknowledge, or refuse to acknowledge, that everything that they create in the sense of “me” and “mine” CANNOT be permanently held in a way that brings them lasting satisfaction – even though the beings in their own Ignorance, in an unnaturally aggressive way towards themselves, constantly strive for this. Equally, it is impossible for a being who gives rise to a temporary physical form to make that which the being currently dislikes disappear in its subjectivity currently and immediately, again in such a way as to bring it lasting satisfaction. If, therefore, a being creates “me” and “mine”, then under the influence of Ignorance it automatically conditions itself in the manner of “liking” or “disliking”, because of which it unfreely oscillates between “I am angry” and “I am not angry”. The Buddha Shakyamuni, called GAUTAMA, says: "Beings move to and fro in Samsara, the cycle of life and death, because they create ‘me’, because they create ‘mine’”. By this he says, among other things, that a being who renounces the creation of “me” and “mine” has the OPPORTUNITY to break out of Samsara, the cycle of life and death, and thus discover a much Happier reality than the being has known so far. This all goes to show that beings who succumb to Ignorance blame themselves for this MAJOR, UNSATISFIED, and UNFILLED DISAPPOINTMENT in their AGGRESSIVE ANGER, and therefore consider themselves incompetent, stupid and ugly, and that is naturally how they treat the beings they call “parents” and their fellow beings, and in so doing these beings torment themselves, their parents and their fellow beings. This goes to show that the core of all beings’ pain is their own Ignorance. This goes to show that the manifestation of every single being in its subjective reality is karmically directly determined by the evolutionary level to which that being has attained in terms of the REALISATION OF THE KNOWLEDGE OF THE BUDDHAS. This goes to show that beings who are subject to Ignorance in fact just “love” or “hate” themselves, their parents and their fellow beings regardless of their own situation of Ignorance in which they currently reside, and regardless of other beings’ situation of Ignorance.

I am writing all this to let you know that if you seek me out on your own, and address me on your own, and let me arise in your own reality, without my seeking you out on my own, without my addressing you on my own first, and it just so happens that I answer you in a way that you don’t think you’ll like, it’s not because I’m “good” or “bad” or because I want to answer you in a way you don’t like to spite you, but because you are facing yourself in my presence, regardless of whether I am “good” or “bad”... and regardless of the fact that when I speak to you, I speak to you ALWAYS and only because I wish you HAPPINESS...

I am writing all this to let you know that I count on your profound pain in advance (pain that is connected to your unprocessed Hate) and I accept it for the reason that I have gone through the same suffering as you... and precisely because I was also LOVED by beings who were able to give me, despite all my previous arrogance towards myself, such answers to my suffering that let me be cured, I now also give you that answer to your suffering from my HEART, from the place of my UNLIMITED LOVE...

I am writing all this to let you know that I am not contemptuous of your pain, your fear, oor your cowardice, nor do I mock them in any way, but because I Love you as I Love myself, I naturally cannot lie to you by saying that what is cowardice is not cowardice... because if I were to lie to you about it, I would be showing you that I do not love you, and because my own SINCERITY towards myself is naturally LOVE, which is directly related to my not being a liar, I cannot allow myself to lie to you about it either...

I am writing all this to you so that you may understand the cause of your own HATRED which you have for yourself and with which you treat yourself... so that you may gain, as I myself have, the OPPORTUNITY to END your own Hatred for yourself... so that you may put aside the behaviour that is unkind to yourself, so that you may begin to treat yourself in ways that are loving towards yourself...

I am writing all this so that you no longer feel so small, insignificant and powerless... so that you no longer have to be so hard on yourself... so that you no longer despise yourself... so that you no longer blame yourself for being too incompetent or too stupid, so that blaming yourself in this way does not make you feel ugly... so that feeling ugly doesn’t make you ashamed of yourself in front of others just because you have so far chosen to be ashamed of yourself.. so that you no longer have to expend unnecessary effort just to be bigger, more significant and more powerful in the eyes of others... so that you no longer have to feel unworthy of your LOVE for yourself... so that you LOVE yourself instead of hating yourself so much... so that you will renounce your tendency to dominate yourself and others who reside in your karmic context... I am writing to you so that you no longer have to experience your profound pain... so that you can TAKE YOURSELF IN HAND, and find the COURAGE to stand Alone... and extricate Yourself from the karmic context to which you are subject...

I am writing all this to you so that you can FREE yourself from your fear and cowardice... so that you no longer have to be afraid to stand Alone... so that you no longer have to be afraid to look into the eyes of an ORDINARY PERSON who Love you... so that you will not be afraid of what you see in these eyes... I am writing to you so that you may Endow Yourself with True Free Will, and thus become the True Master Of Your Own Destiny...

I am writing all this to you so that you RECOGNISE in other beings what makes you the same and find your own serenity in it... instead of constantly focusing on what makes you different and constantly finding your unease in it...

I am writing all of this to you so that RIGHT HERE and RIGHT NOW you will RESOLVE and DECIDE TO WISH HAPPINESS TO ALL BEINGS WITHOUT DISTINCTION in the sense that you will simply WISH THEM EVERYTHING CONSTANTLY regardless of whether you are obtaining it or not, because this inner state of yours is the Highest Possible Attainable State of Happiness... that is, if you Yourself as a Free Being Make It Possible... because whenever you do not wish Happiness to others, you simply cannot experience TRUE HAPPINESS...

I am writing all this to you so that you will put aside all your preconceived notions that you aren’t “good enough”, because if at the moment of the birth of the temporary physical body the moment of its demise was evident, it is evident that in that “meantime” it is impossible for you to somehow “succeed” or “fail”; it is also obvious that the possibility of repeating the same cycle is Unlimited... This is your Immortality... which tells you that if it is possible for BUDDHA to AWAKEN, it is quite naturally possible for you... That is why I tell you that you are already PERFECT in my eyes, because I already see in you your FULL BUDDHA POTENTIAL... and that is why I tell you that KNOWING this makes it unnecessary to achieve anything else or anything special in the external world...

I am writing all this to you so that You can free Yourself from the senseless mental slavery you call “the world”“, which you do not have in your power anyway because no matter how hard you try, you lose your family, friends, possessions and associates life after life because, as you know full well, you cannot hold them permanently... I am therefore writing to you with concern for you, so that You may now release Yourself from the grip of your temporary deceptive bonds... so that you may no longer be an obstacle to Enlightenment... so that You are no longer arrogant towards Yourself... and so that You understand for Yourself that a being who is so arrogant towards himself that he shows no willingness to understand his own profound pain, predisposes himself to dependence on the tendency to destroy himself...

I am writing all this to let you know that I know that you now know that everything I am writing to you I am writing FOR YOU, without any gain for myself... and precisely because you know this, nothing will ever be the same again, because you simply cannot allow yourself to tell someone who Loves you with the Love I love you with that he is wrong, or that he is lying, or that he does not have the TRUTH... Through this message I will be constantly with you from now on, I will not leave you anymore, and you will never forget this message of mine to YOU...

I am writing all of this because before your time comes, you NEED to seek out a trustworthy being who has Attained the Knowledge of the Buddha, who will safely ferry you to the OTHER BANK. That is the most important thing of all! You cannot allow it not to be so, because all the projections of beings whom you have knowingly harmed during your lifetime will encircle you in the afterlife, in Bardo, the underworld, at a single moment and in all their numbers, and if you are not CERTAIN of your Moral Purity, then you will not be Firm either, and those horrific visions of your persecutors will make you yourself experience the cruelties that you yourself perpetrated on your victims. If, in this situation, because of your own previous evil deeds you have no connection with a true Master on whom you can lean with confidence, you will not be able to withstand this tremendous mental onslaught: these torments will haunt you until the moment you lose consciousness, and the degree of this spiritual, Morally Undisciplined weakness of yours will predetermine your next birth in the regions of the worlds pertaining to your present state of mind. This is the consequence of previous KARMA. This is why one must be ALWAYS and at all times Pure in one’s own eyes. This is the reason CHRIST said, “Father, forgive them, for they know not what they do.”
